What Is Sermorelin?
Sermorelin is a synthetic analogue of the Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone, or GHRH, a hormone that naturally occurs in the body. The hypothalamus produces GHRH and releases it into the bloodstream so it can reach the pituitary gland. There, it stimulates the production and secretion of growth hormone (GH). GH is needed for body growth and development. In adults, it is necessary to maintain the body’s normal metabolism and composition.
What Are Sermorelin Benefits?
HEART HEALTH – A 2016 Pig study revealed Sermorelin administration is effective in reducing the remodelling that follows a heart attack, as well as
- Reducing cell death in cardiomyocytes
- Increasing growth of blood vessels to damaged tissue
- Reducing the inflammation response)
- EPILEPSY RELIEF – GABA is a CNS signalling molecule known to reduce stimulation in the spinal cord. Several anti-seizure medications work by increasing GABA receptors and mimicking GABA effects. In a study with mice with epilepsy, Sermorelin was administered, and it turned out that it activated GABA receptors.
- SLEEP AID – There is evidence that sleep cycles are regulated by Orexin (A neurochemical produced by the neurons in the brain) It is also associated that growth & healing are linked to deeper sleep & GH secretion. Sermorelin increases the production of Orexin.
- NO DOSE ADAPTATION IN THE BODY
- GROWTH HORMONE BENEFITS WITHOUT HIGH SIDE EFFECTS
Muscle Mass | Bone Health | Fat Loss
Sermorelin is a growth hormone-releasing hormone. It produces the same effects as GH, like lean muscle mass, Long-Term Bone Growth, and reduced adipose tissue. Sermorelin is preferred because it doesn’t have the high-risk side effects like traditional GH.
How Does Sermorelin Work?
Sermorelin is an IGF-1 that contains the first 29 amino acids of the same growth hormone produced inside the body. This peptide functions as a growth hormone secretagogue, meaning it helps promote growth hormone production. Sermorelin is referred to as an HGH stimulator and may even be the better alternative to HGH itself.
However, Sermorelin has known side effects. The most common ones are swelling, headache, dizziness, and flushing. Some may also experience difficulty in swallowing, hyperactivity, sleepiness, hives, and nausea. Vomiting, chest tightness, and pale skin have also been observed.
Sermorelin is a peptide consisting of the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It functions as a growth hormone secretagogue and has been studied for its role in stimulating growth hormone production. Research involving Sermorelin has examined growth hormone and IGF-1 signaling pathways. Potential effects reported in research include swelling, headache, dizziness, flushing, nausea, sleepiness, and other reactions. Sermorelin may also interact with certain medications and supplements, including glucocorticoids. This substance is provided for research and testing purposes only.
