What is DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide)?
DSIP: This is a newly studied peptide with much more to discover. DSIP is a short peptide. It was first isolated in 1974 from the brain of rats during slow-wave sleep. The peptide has several brain and endocrine roles that are being discovered over time.
DSIP Benefits?

- Lower Stress
- Increase Sleep & Help Patterns
- Alter Pain

DSIP is a neuropeptide that, when infused into the mesodiencephalic ventricle of recipient rabbits, induces spindle and delta EEG activity and reduced motor activity. Its amino acid sequence is Trp-Ala-Gly-Gly-Asp-Ala-Ser-Gly-Glu.
